Bleeding after Mirena?

Hi There,i had my 2nd Mirena put in a month ago,2 weeks after i had a light period for 4 days.I was 28 days regular on my last Mirena.7 days ago i got another period and still have a bleed---help----i am going away on Thursday and i dont want to have a bleed,is there a tablet i can take to stop them????

Sometimes for bleeding issues the doctor may give a course of birth control pills for a short time depending on the situation. I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor on Mon to let them know what's going on and see what they want you to do for this bleeding while being away.
