I have wells fargo anyone know if they will let you skip paymetns or what options they offer when you need to be late

The second you are late your credit is fried! Unless it is life & death do not even think about it. Eat beans if you have too but pay it on time. If you are injured or have a significant issue like that, you can call them up & talk with them asking their solutions. Right now with so many losing their homes things are not what they always have been. Check with online sources 1st so you can get as much info as possible. HUD has a lot of info online. Refinance if you have too. Do whatever you can to do it on time.

The home across the street from me was financed through Wells Fargo. The people living it lost it after 3 months of not making a payment.

Normally 90 days of no payments will start the foreclosure process.

Contact the lender if you intend to skip payments or when you need to be late. This is a very sensitive issue.
