Maybe I would buy a very large piece of land that I have complete control over the access of. I could invite anybody I wanted and do just about anything I want to do. I might even have my own little airstrip so people don't have to drive a long ways to get to wherever I might be.
Anything I want to do lies in the boundaries of federal law. There is a lot that you can do in the federal laws that you cannot do because of state and local laws.

Not tell anyone and continue my life as it is. I maybe poor but I am happy!
I would also secretly pay off my friends debt's.... Imagine there surprise when they get a statement saying that they have nothing owing.
I would also give money to charities.

1st pay off all my bills
2nd get a decent house out right
3rd invest a couple thousand
4h donate a couple thousand to each local family
5th set a seperate account w/ a million in it donate the rest to charities for cancer

Make sure everyone in my family had a brand new car or truck. A nice home. Then I would make sure there is a Hospice in every city available to every one who needs it. They wouldn't have to pay for any thing there. I would pay for it all.

I would dive into a huge pile of hundred dollar bills every day and throw them in the air and just love it!
