I know its easier to do as an LLC but I need to protect my company names as a Sole Proprietor can this be done?

My business is retail based in North Carolina. It just ran by Me.

Two options: Register as a corporation. One type of corporation is LLC. Second option: apply for a trademark.

Do pre-paid legal its great you have lawyer 24 hours a day they help you with anything and its cheap its a great service they are great they will help business and protect them and everything if you want a number email me
