I dislike her because she is so disingenuous. I also hate seeing her use war for political calculation. She voted with Bush to call the Iranian Guard a terrorist organization. Then she claims that she does not support Bush's rhetoric against Iran. People are dying while she is simply calculating the next move to power.
Even when it came to drivers license for illegals she tried to have it both ways in the span of 40 seconds. If you don't stand for anything, stop wasting air time and get out of the way for someone who does.
==> Note the "thumbs down" for simply stating a well documented fact.

They fear a return to the eight years under her husband with a twist. They hated the years under her husband where they were constantly embarrassed by Bill and they failed to get rid of a great president over an affair, they enjoy the fact that they have a corrupt administration right now that does what they want which is the complete annihilation of every thing they don't agree with.
I am not a Clinton supporter, I support mostly Obama and Edwards, but I definitely will not be going for any of the Republicans which except for maybe Paul, is full of dishonest, pandering and outright pitiful examples of humanity.

Republicans just have a natural animosity towards those who break laws. Take the Foley thing for instance, Republicans found out he was engaged in questionable behavior and took him right out of government. Democrats had Hillary who was indicted on that whole Whitewater thing and only got away with it because so many witnesses would up dead in questionable ways, then she looted the White House for goodies on the way out the door like the Burglar of Baghdad, and the Dopey Democrats run her for the Senate in New York, knowing full well that the citizens of Arkansas would rather see her in jail. You see, it's because Republicans hate crooks and she's as crooked at they get.

I am personally not supporting hillary, because I like obama. But I think the reason that most conservatives dont like hillary is because she is a woman and they believe the crap about how "women are born to serve" and they think that women should never be allowed to be president. And if they think that way and want to supress half of America's population, all the conservatives might as well move to the middle east and force their wives to wear blankets over their faces and not serve any purpose but to bear children. And as anyone can see, any country that suppresses half of their population are not very successful.

Senator Clinton just hits the "hate" button more often and more effectively than any politician in memory. There's something about her that just rubs folks the wrong way, be it her "holier than thou" attitude, her dysfunctional family, her laugh, whatever. Me, I don't have a big problem with her but I know and more and more Democratic voters are realizing, a Democratic ticket with Hillary leading it loses. Period. She will galvanize the opposition like no body's business.
And please note the first answer from Chi Guy. He's a liberal sort of guy and he expresses the discomfort many of us feel.

Because she is a socialist who believes in taking from those who earn it and giving it to those who don't.
And, BTW, she IS a congresswoman. Congress is comprised of the House and Senate. She is a woman Senator, thus a congresswoman.

First of all, she's a US Senator, not a congresswoman...big difference. Second, she's a strong & intelligent woman, republicans prefer their wives to be more like the stepford models. Hillary just doesn't fit the mold.

She has a Socialist agenda. That agenda takes away many of your consitutuonal rights. For example: She opposes the 2nd amendment. She opposes private ownership of property. She is for increased taxation. She supports an immoral doctrine. Example: Gay Marriage. Right or wrong, these things are at odds with the GOP's core doctrines. Or at least they are supposed to be.

I think it has more to do with them not being smart enough to counter her with ideas they have to go directly to irrational hatred.
