I would abolish religion and let there be peace on Earth.

Life span and fertility cycles would be my change. Humans would live to at least 250 years. Men and women would not be able to reproduce until they were 60-65 years old. Reproductive fertility for both sexes would only last for a 30 year span, although sexual function for pleasure & comfort would start @ 20 and last through the end of one's life. Also, birthrates would decline proportionately.
My change would have it that diseases of aging would not affect begin to affect people until the last decade of their life...giving people time to finish projects and settle their affairs.

Many things. But to keep it simple, I'd like to see the disparity in education equalized so opportunities to learn and advance and contribute could be shared by as many as possible.

There would never be war and everyone in the world would care for one another. We are all brothers and sisters and it would be great if everyone in the world felt that way. No fighting, no unnecessary death, etc.

I would help the elderly, the disabled, or the handicapped. I would help anyone that has falled through the cracks of the system.

I would destroy technology, kill off 3/4 of the world population, and live in harmony with nature as we were meant to do.
