yes it does..they usually do it just for spite..or to be cute..or they are jealous..i've seen people suspended for no good reasons..but they are just points and you cant spend them..although a lot of us take some pride in the fact that we can move up to other levels..its fun..

I don't hate them I feel sorry for them if that's the only form of enjoyment they have, it's not worth you getting upset,that's what they want,just ignore it.
