it really depends on how i am feeling at the time, and what the temptation is.. like if the day is going good i can stick to my diet even if u put that yummy choc cake infront of me. if the day has been going really badly, i wont even think twice of the diet n eat it and then some... when it comes to guys n sex, that all depends on the guy (my b/f i have NO control wats so ever but others it dont matter i will always say no) and the amount of alcohol i drink..

I do have self-control to an extent. I try to maintain for the most part but sometimes I am led to act irrationally in various situations like if it is a crisis, a dramatic situation or faith-related. I may not have self-control, I might just move without thinking because if I think that will complicate things. When I think before acting or speaking usually my conscious will come into play and I will not make a bad decision on what my next action will be. Sometimes it helps to delay your natural reaction so you have time to cool off when you are really angry or overly upset. Even when you get really stressed out and then someone brings another problem to you when you already cannot handle what you already have going on, it is good to delay your action if you cannot think, avoid going blank altogether unless you do not know what else you can do

It depends on the temptation. Chocolate? That's risky. But I can diet and resist most fattening foods. It's easier for me to not do things (such as eat deserts) than to do things (such as exercise). But I would say "yes." I have a lot of self control. You probably have more than you think. Do you kill people when you're angry, shout obscenities in public, hang up on your friends, cut people off in traffic? Everyone over the age of 2 in our society has some kind of self control.

Why do you think you have no self control?
I have been a wife and a mother for over thirty years, both jobs require infinite self control.
The fact that I never knocked out any of my husband's commanders in the 24 years that he was in the military required a humongous amount of self control.
The fact that GW Bush is in the White House and I have not moved out of the country requires SUPER HUMAN self control. No wait... that's because I'm broke.

I know I have no self control when it comes around this time of the year. I pick on weight, I cant control it, I just want to eat what I want and stop working out. Then complain Im fat...lol Then I dont have control on my spending, I always over spend. I need to work on my self control.

Depends, when it comes to buying something I really want then no I have none. But if it comes to buying something I don't have a strong opinion about then yes I do. When it comes to food I do since I know I can just work it off later.

That`s one of the things I do have is self control, but since you have none, maybe we should get together.

Sure. But depending on the situation & after an evaluation about how many "exceptions" I^ve done, I break the self-control rule

like i told you on the other question you ask before. that I can get out of control quick but I also know my limit. so I can control my self by walking away or not responding to it.

Depends on the circumstances, but usually I fall into the 'none-what-so-ever' category.
