which one of these outfits would be better?

a brown sweater (really cute) with jeans and boots? or a mini with white footless tights (w/ lace on bottom) and a white tank top w/ a hoodie and like some flats or something? which one would look better?

It all depends on what you're going to be doing or where you're going to be going.

Your two outfits are very different, the first one sounds much more casual than the second. Also, the first one sounds much warmer and also more versatile, you could wear it in more varied situations.

I think they both sound very cute. Personally, I would choose the first one. But if you are going to like a friend's birthday party, where you want to be a little more dressy, then I definitely would go with the second. If you are going to a museum, zoo, or anywhere where you'll be outside doing a lot of walking, I would go with the first.

(Also, I wear brown sweaters with jeans a lot & I wear copper &/or turquoise jewelry - looks great!)

i'd do the second one. but if i had the clothes i'd do jeans (skinny preferably), with the flats, and the white tank top and the hoodie.
