Which one would be better to live in? I know they are very different, but i am looking more for, jobs, people, things to do (pros and cons) kinda things. I like what i have SEEN of them both but i have never really been in either place for a long time. Either way i want to live in a city, with lots to do, good job market, ect.. feel free to suggest any city! * I currently live around KCMO and i do not like it here so i am looking at other cities! Thank you

Chicago. Yes, the winters suck but the rest of the time is very nice and the Summers are awesome. There are street festivals in different neighborhoods every weekend during the Summer. Lots to do here and it is very easy to live in Chicago. You don't even need a car like in LA because the public transit system is very good. Plus, Chicago is centrally located if you want to travel to other cities in the US.

I live fairly close to Chicago, (about 70 miles) I think this is a great area for employment and lots of things to see and do.
I love the four seasons although the Winter season seems long sometimes.
Good Luck!!!!!

Chicago -- the people are nice, lots of things to do, jobs are here, but if you can't take the cold you had better stick with LA.

People seem more authentic in Chicago to me. While there are the playboys and gold diggers, most people aren't flying to Chicago to plastic themselves up and see who they can sleep with to advance their career. And even though winter's can be harsh, I don't know who can live without snow.

chicago.....too many weirdos in LA, and the cost of living is higher than chicago. Why dont you try St. Louis? I like the area.

Los Angles, more to see, more cities surronding it. Better weather.
