Try to contact the tourist information office of the area or towns you want to go to.
I found a site with a bit of a warning:
http://www.infohub.com/Destinations/Europe-&-Russia/Ireland/74916.htm

This site seems to be from the people that advice about traveling with disabled people:
http://www.imtac.org.uk/
http://www.ni-transportguide.info/

You might be able to find more with a search, I used Google, searching for:
-traveling with disabilities Northern Ireland-
and found many more sites than I linked to here.

I hope you will have a good travel.

Oxygen can normally be provided by the airline providing they are advised in advance. You will need a letter from your doctor stating your daughter is fit to fly and that oxygen may/will be needed. Most airline web sites offer this information. Good luck to you and I hope you enjoy your holiday as a family.

Check with the airline. You will find that it is costly. You need to book well in advance and the amount required has to be calculated to include the possibility of diverting. Your daughter will need medical clearance and that again will depend on the airline (they have to fulfil their own insurance requirements). There won't be any one answer and you will need to speak to each airline so that they can assess your individual needs.

I believe with a letter from a doctor.. and letting the airlines know in advance, they will provide the oxygen.

I would contact the airline you intend to travel with and see what their policies are. Also get advice from you Doctor or Hospital.
