The company is closed starting Dec 25 until Jan 1st, I want to get paid for all the holidays (Xmas holiday) even if my last day to work is December 24th. When is the best time to give the 2 weeks notice and not jeopardize the paid holidays?

it really depend on when your companies holiday year starts and how many days you have already had this year. It differs from firm to firm. Where i work we start our holiday year in Jan but my bf's firm starts theirs in April. You are allowed a certain number of days per month worked so take the number of days you are given, divide it by 12 and that will give you the monthly allowance. If you have taken too many you may have pay withheld to compensate. You need to maje sure before you do anything
