Tony Blair, This man was guilty of leading his country into a war that had nothing to do with them, causing the death of loads of his soldiers and ruining our relationships with the third world countries who we often rely on for things such as gas and oil provision and other stuff. Other than that Bush has gotta be the most evil, he thinks the whole world revolves around himself and HIS country, america would be much better off without them.
