...autobiography?

i have to write a short autobiograpy but what do i need to include in it? :)

When and where were you born? Who are your parents, your grandparents, your brothers and sisters, other important people in your life? What adventures and important experiences have you had? For example, have you ever moved to a new home, broken an arm or leg or suffered any other major accident or illness, traveled to some interesting place on a vacation or family trip? What are your favorite books, movies, television shows, poems, paintings, etc.? What are your favorite activities? Do you enjoy singing, dancing, reading, drawing, playing sports, taking care of animals, or what? What are your most important values? What do you believe about the right way to live your life? What do you plan to do when you grow up? These are some of the things you can include in your autobiography. Maybe you can think of others. You're writing the story of you, so nobody knows better than you what really matters to that story.

Events that you believe are key to shaping who you are today. It's good to have parents, where you grew up and all that, but if you feel it didn't really make you who you are today, don't put it in. Moments that in mythology the fates would have decided kind of things.
