Im three weeks pregnant with my first child and this morning when I woke up i sat in bed for about 10 min. then I got up to use the bathroom and I just couldnt breathe and i'm not sick, ,but then I went to go get a drink of water and I felt sooo dizy I couldnt even stand up so I had to sit down, and I could barley make it to the couch and then I started sweating. about 5 min later I was fine and then It was cold to me, my temprature changes alot. Wouldnt it be too early for these symptoms?? I've never got dizzy like this before in my life and it was just so weird..

I had that quite a few times in early pregnancy. For me it was a sudden drop in blood sugar. Make sure you eat very regularly, and if it happens sit down with a drink and something to eat. I found having a glass of OJ to start was good as it raised my blood sugar quite quickly then I would follow it with something more substantial that would sustain me for longer like toast or cereal

I would go to the doctor before doing anything such as drinking orange juice. It sounds like your blood sugar was off, but you don't know whether it was hypo or hyper glysemic. Most pregnant women are tested for diabetes during pregnancy. Many have it because of the changes in their body, but symptoms may go away after they have the baby. Call your OB and tell them what happened. I'd have to see you fall the next time and hurt yourself or the baby.

I'm not doctor, but I do know that temperature changes in pregnancy are quiten normal. However, not being able to breath, sweating, and dizziness all combined together should be setting off red flags for you. It has nothing to do with how new your pregnancy is, I'd see my obgyn immediately and keep a log for future use.

Don't freak out. We all have things happen during our pregnancys that are abnormal to us. It could just be your body adjusting. In any case you should call your doctor. I'm sure he's heard it all and if it is something to worry about he'll tell you and if not it will put your mind at ease.
