I need a fast wireless router for home use that will also allow two computers to print from the same printer. The Apple Airport extreme router does what I need, but at a price. The Apple one works because there is a USB port at the back which allows printers to be plugged in. Both computers then printe from this. It needs to be compatible with both Mac and PC! Thanks :)

Well you can just add a print server to any router which would then allow network printing regardless of what router.

There are routers with built in print servers, problem is compatibility with Mac and PC.

There are several routers these days with USB print or file sharing ports. The majority will have issues with Mac. But stand alone print servers usually support both just fine? GO FIGURE.

and if you don't need the wireless connection to them there are many many more!

Merry Christmas and God Bless

I would recommend a DLink wireless G router. DLink is the most compatible with both Macs and PCs.
