Poll: Do you have a bed time, if not when do you know when to go to bed?

We know when it is time to go to bed when Tc is watching Tv with his eyes shut and snoring and when I'm sat fingers poised over the keyboard asleep. Our Cocker Spaniel usually lets us know when it's bed time coz she always has a wee in the garden when it's bed time and she whines at the back door to go out. If we drop off again after she's done that she gives us a nudge with her nose lol.

I go to bed around 10-11 on weekends and 11 during weekdays.

IF only that were possible. I work 13 hour nights at a busy hospital and try to keep normal hours when off to spend time with family and friends. So, I know it's time for bed when I go into shut down mode and can just barely hold my head up....or when I want to curl up with my guy.

I dont have a bed time but we usually go to bed around midnight.

Nah, I don't, and I usually go to bed around 1 or 2 AM.

It varies. I know when to go to bed because I know when I have to get up.

For example, if I have to get into the office by 7:00am, then I have to wake up at 6:00am... so if I want at least 7 hours that means I go to bed by 11:00pm.
