I've been in a similar position, and I disclosed my pregnancy.
In my case, I had a pretty good sense that it wouldn't impact my job offer, and I felt it could cause problems when my pregnancy was discovered. After all, I figure my employer could count. :)
You might want to check what happens with your maternity leave. In my case, I wasn't covered - I had to be employed for a year. (I think that's a Family & Medical Leave Act standard, but I'm not sure.) I negotiated for some considerations to allow me to take six weeks off, and then transition back by working part-time for a few weeks, too.
My sense is that disclosing allows for negotiation. I don't think I could have asked for those concessions after I'd started.

If they have offered you the job then they can't legally retract that offer on the basis that you are pregnant. But you also need to think about maternity leave. I don't know how it works where you are but here in Australia you need to be in a position for 12 months before you are eligible for maternity leave. If you plan on going back to work but want some time off then you may need to make the decision to stick it out at your old job...

Accept the offer and tell them about your pregnancy when you are further along. They can't legally fire you for being pregnant, but in my experience, they will find "other" reasons to get rid of you if they don't want to deal with a pregnancy.

Hello,
Take the job! They wouldnt have offered it to you if you wern't what they were looking for. Who cares if you're pregnant! They should be happy for you, not disapointed in their disision. .sp.
Congratulations!

Tell them now. That way they will know to give you maternity leave in 9 months.

I wouldn't say nothing. It's none of there business so you should do what you have to do to get that job and when you start to show they'll know then.
