3/x^7 / 6 /x^3= 3/x^7 * x^3 /6= 1/ 2x^4

3becomes 1
6 becomes 2
x^3 becomes 1
x^7 becomes x^4

divide 3/x^7 divided by 6/x^3
is 3x^-7 . x^6/6 = 3/6 x^(-7+3) = 1/2 x^-4

(3/ X^7) * (X^3 / 6) = 1/2 * X^-4 = 1/(2X^4)
