Ok guys, I a little bit unsure on what master's degree I should look into for school. I am 22 years old and almost done with my bachelors in management. I am undecided between a masters of arts in innovative leadership and a MBA with an emphasis in management.

I do not know what I want to do as a career, but I know that the MBA degree has the "flare" that people look for in a candidate. I really care about making people happy and making a business successful.

Any suggestions?

I hope you mean flair, and not flare! If you are planning to go into business, you would probably do better with an MBA eventually (not immediately, please!) than with the arts degree. While leadership skills can be taught in a variety of environments, they are not the same as business skills. I know that our political science area is expanding their focus on leadership, but their emphasis is on political leadership, not on business. Business leadership is important, of course, but so are a number of other things in business, such as financial skills and problem-solving.

I'm a two time grad school dropout and I can tell you that grad school is a complete waste of time. College teaches conformity. Think outside the box and save your money.
