When you have an interglactic spaceship, you have a time machine. I'll take the interglactic space ship. Assuming the intergalactic spaceship were able to get you from one galaxy to the next within a reasonable amount of time for humans. It would take 100,000 years just to get to the nearest star travelling at 25,000 mph, so it would require a tear in the fabric of spacetime to be able to travel to another galaxy.

i'd rather have a time machine because i would like to interact with the people from different times. otherwise, i'd have to wear all that astronaut gear.
