I was driving down a hill going around 20-30 mph. and I tried to take a turn and it a curb almost dead on. The front passenger rim is bent badly and the rear passenger is bent also. I switched the front passenger rim out with the spare and whenever I get over 5 mph I can hear a loud rubbing sound from inside the car. I believe something with the suspension is bent. There is no body damage to the car, I did not crash. I just hit the curb and was able to correct myself.

You need to take your car in. I don't know what your question is, but I'm sure there's some damage from hitting a curb at 30mph!

Chances are your shock(s) on that side are damaged. This can be a couple hundred $ in repairs -- nothing too serious. The bent rims will have to at least be rebalanced (cheap) -- maybe replaced (look on eBay or junk yard -- should be cheap).
