If this is kept a secret by a puppet government, there is somebody to blame. What is in the black box (barrel)?

Well, there is $8 million in oil PER DAY that is going missing according to official US estimates. The money not being stolen from them, we are appropriating for their reconstruction. Since we keep destroying their lives and infrastructure, we keep taking their money to rebuild. Then it is distributed to Bush and Cheney's war profiteering cronies who are squandering and embezzling mush of it. How much is funneled back to Bush and Cheney? We will never know.
