Just as in Euclidean postulates, we are dealing with a measurement, of what, MOVEMENT. It has been said that time is space defined. Time is an useful hypothetical construct just like point and parallel lines.
It would seem that time is not linear as we tend to view it from other perspectives, we may begin to see otherwise. Plato's people looking outside a cave. A three dimensional ball casts a shadow, 1 dimension. Mathematicians have no problem theorizing time travel as well as more "dimensions". They even have proofs which of course are way beyond me! What was once ridiculed now is commonplace.

According to certain beliefs, we have already achieved time travel, Deja Vu. You are re-experiencing something that already happened. Eventually we will achieve something that is controllable (since Deja Vu isn't) but until then, we'll have to wait. I think we should only go to the future if we can, because we don't want to mess up the present by going to the past.

If man achieved time travel he would exist in all eras of history.
You would see him associating with dinosaurs and zooming millions of years into the future. We would all do it.

Theoretically it is possible to do Time Travel by respecting some aspects, but if will we achieve such technology to do so, is still an open question.

No, even though I will have Physicists proving me wrong but I believe that time travel is impossible. Time is a one way street.
