Basically raising my family, my mom was a single mother and worked daily , so I was the one to clean,cook and take care of my siblings.
Getting my first job, I was able to contribute to my family.Getting my job as a research scientist , my hard work paid off.
Getting into the college and getting my PhD , took a lot of time and effort and I had to work my way through college.
Getting married, I was happy and stable .
Being a mother of four wonderful daughters, I have raised the best that I think is possible and they are great kids.

my family is so dysfunctional that just the fact that I'm here and I'm not a complete freak is a great accomplishment for me!

That I'm alive and living a decent life. I grew up severely and brutally abused mentally, physically and sexually. I made it, I broke the cycle.
