how about nice gloves scarves and ahts if you live somewhere where the weather is cooler, you can find a set in the 10 dollar range. or you can buy a movie subscription service for just one month, like netfkix or blockbuster.com. or gift cards to your brothers favorite fast food restuarant. you could get you brother a basketball or football. or you can give him a hat to his favorite sports team. you can buy dvd's at walmart of your parents favorite movies, or you can buy them used at blockbuster or other places. you could buy your brother a fub t shirt with a funny saying on it.

Sure, get into the kitchen help Mom prepare dinner. For Dad, go out and help around the house. Do this all year long, best gift of all.

how about this, Get your mom and dad, a 25$ gift card to their favorite resturaunt trust me, They'll love it! because parents like to get out of the house sometimes alone. and does ur bro like games?then get him a game that he likes. or you could get him the orange box, its something that my hubby really wants. its like a bunch of games packed into this one collecters edition game thing. Its around 40$ or just a simple card to the nearest game store would do just fine..

sorry, thats the best i could think of, because mainly, i have no idea what ages they are, and what your parents like.

Good Luck and i hope you find something you like
