know lots of singles who are more prolific than they should be

prolific means produce in large quantities an oxymoron is a figure of speech that contradicts itself somehow , like 'deafening silence' or 'luminescently dark' ,

Do you mean are oxymorons prolific in that they are widespread. If so , then I would say no.

The oxymoron referred to here is singular. Therefore, it can't be prolific.
