Im 18 and i just got my own apt. I am learning to live on my own and make a dolla stretch for a lil while I had forgot to buy lotion so for the time being, I found an alternative...............canola oil.
LMAO. I only use it one my hands though. Nowhere else.

Shop at Wal-Mart... Cook my meals instead of eating out... And, I removed some of the extras from my phone so that my bill would be a little cheaper.
Lol... And if I DO eat out... I just get a bunch of napkins from where ever I am instead of buying some.
EDIT: LMAO at Rican Princess... I shop at Wal-Mart religiously! Don't know what i'd do without it.

Make sure you stock up on ramen. There's an idea for you. lol And don't forget your lotion next time. Get that tall big bottle of lotion that sets on the bottom rack at Walmart that says Cocoa Butter lotion on it. I think it's real cheap. lol

Umm I never have money issues... I work ALLOT... But If I did have to save on money I guess I would just cut down on smoking and drinking.... And just feed my cats hard food instead of the soft food in the can.

Pantry from the goverment =free
Make your own food and don't eat out alot saves alot of $$
I go to places like"Kings closet in Nebraska"FOR FREE clothes.
Look up local angecy and see if you qualify.
Don't pay on dates ask tha girl to pay LOL
Now instead of using canola oil use Vaseline LOL
Use coupons to go shopping for food.
I'm a cheapskate and proud and the only time I waste my money is when I buy something like a car or jewlery for my wife.
I have a daughter and omg omg..is not cheap buying toys so I get them from charity too LOL-
nothing wrong with being low income

You know what you can do and its something I've done in the pass. I'm sure your job got a medicine cabinet right...well there are packets of lotion inside......I swear!!
Oh also I be taking the towels and paper plates...shoot I've been with the company for 10yrs...they owe me something!!!

I get like 30 pounds in my bank account every week, so i don't need to save up for anything. I'm a little careful with cologne though. I hate using too much and ending up buying more the next month.

cook your own meals... buying food going at the grocery store is cheaper than eating fast food or something everyday.
