It hasn't happened to me because I haven't been near death. But it has happened to plenty of people. Many accounts are similiar from culture to culture.

How are you,
I would like to tell you something that happened to me in the 12th grade.
Ever since 11th grade, I started experiencing heart problems such as angina, frequent palpitations, and difficulty breathing because of chest pressure. The doctors performed some procedures to investigate these symptoms, but nothing conclusive or remotely useful came out of it. At the time, my family had more important things to save money for, so we stopped trying to figure out what was up . These symptoms came and went irregularly; sometimes I would have a really bad week with them and at other times I would go months without an episode.
I was in the 12th grade. It was right ofter our Christmas vacation. All classes resumed. I was at home getting ready for bed and another school day. Everything has been nice that day; there were no palpitations and there was no uncomfortable pressure in my chest. I fell asleep without struggle. I do not remember having dreams that night; it was one of those "black-out" nights. One thing I do remember, however, and would never want to forget.
I remember all of a sudden physically feeling like my heart is being ripped out of my chest. I could also feel a strange pop right in the middle where my heart was. Then I was in this place that looked like a tunnel. It was not a clear tunnel, not like a pipe or anything. It was a tunnel shaped by many bright and beautiful colors. They were moving, sparkling, alive. Then I could taste the colors. Sounds strange, but I remember what I remember. It was a sweet taste, light and gentle. A thought of my family came up. What will happen to them down there? Should I stop going forward and go back? No, the lights were more beautiful. I loved flowing through them toward that something welcoming me. I was determined to follow the tunnel of lights to where it was pulling me. But that was all I got to see. A stubborn force pushed me back. Whether it was myself that did that or some other being, I could never tell you. I just know what that little portal looked, felt, and tasted like. And I know the only discomfort I experience now is a little palpitation once or twice a year.

I've seen the light from the perspective of an outsider, via my clairvoyance when I sent a few lost souls into it. But there is a guy in my RCIA class who says he got as far as the pearly gates before the angels brought him back to his body.

There are countless reptilian races (species) residing above and underground. people see them continuously; some are quiet super, take care while photographing them. people who learn them comprehend remarkable quantities of advice approximately them. Wait! You don’t mean the imaginary constructs of linked air heads we hear approximately on some communicate shoes, do you? they're nonexistent and are to no longer obtain any credence notwithstanding. you may thankfully supply shadow people, massive foot, angels, the devil, the anti-christ, previous lives, destiny lives and comparable nonsense the very comparable volume of credence. NONE!

I have never had one of these experiences but I have read alot about them. There are many different types of near death experiences. Of coarse nothing can ever be proven but there it too much evidence to disregard it completely.
here are some sites about the subject that might help.
