Literally speaking, I believe that once ones eyes become adjusted to the dark, color (or shades of color) can be seen by the healthy human eye...so yes.

If you are speaking metaphorically, I also think that some color can be seen...no matter how dark ones life appears to be. There is something colorful left within that person.

There is 'colour' in darkness. The absense of colour is the contrast that allows colour into your life. Just like meditation, or emptying your mind allows insight to come in, so too does 'darkness' allow insight and colour.

No. Darkness is black, and black is devoid of all colour.
Only in the light will you ever see colour. No matter what the source of light ; it is only in light that there is colour.

no. color is a sensation. A sensation takes place inside a human head. When there is light present, this phenomenon called light stimulates the rods and cones in our eyes and produces the sensation of color. It can't exist without a human being to experience it. Sensations don't just fly around the room like moths.

yes dark black ,which becomes darker and darker till you come into the light ,which can come when you ask GOD to say " LET THERE BE LIGHT AND IMMEDIATELY there will be light " and you start seeing the colours of light ....nosh
