I'm moving toward getting gigs and performing, but I'm under-listened-to. I have eleven songs at http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=771520&content=music but how can I interest/motivate people to listen and react to them?

Spamming your band on Yahoo Answers is a start. Getting a band page on MySpace is more traditional.

Myspace. If you don't already have an account for your music (not just your personal account, they have special accounts where you add your songs on and have info about your music) you can request people who listen to similar music, that way you're not showing your songs to people that just don't like that kind of music.

promote yourselfs to your friends, and if they like your music they will promote it to their friends, and your music will spread, also get a myspace for your music, that is one of the easiest ways to promote your music.
