My idea would be legally amend Republic of faked democracy out of the constitution! Replace with a true direct consensus democracy that does not have any officals, rather well managed fire at will employee's! NOT of the sort currently in existance!

The best way is with a dictatorship. You shoot the rich, confiscate their property and businesses and institute a totalitarian communist regime. Basically, that is a fire at will system: enemies are placed against the wall and you fire at will. Chairman Mao said that ultimate power comes from the end of the muzzle. Of course, we replace the rich with ruling elites who aren't elected by anybody. And, since they control everything and everyone, they become the new wealthy elite. But, at least the rich people you hate will be dead. If this is what you want, why don't you just move to Cuba? I'll take my chances here with the wealthy elites we already have. At least I can think and say what I want to freely.

The wealthy could then control the elections by buying the votes directly. Or, some high-interest group like Mexican immigrants can bury the natives by volume and win it on numbers.
The real problem is integrity. The people in charge have to really believe in our Constitution and saving our country. George W. Bush sold all our business secrets so there's nothing left to build from. For shame.
