Sometimes I decide for myself what is appropriate. If it involves a two or third party decision, we go for the one with the best vote.

Sometimes a flip of a coin does the trick.

if it's about my life, i make my own decisions. i know me best, so i'm going to end up doing what i think anyway.

input can be helpful sometimes, but in general, i know what's best for myself.

depends on the decision.
i feel that it is nice to have input on a decision that you find important, but somethings, dont need anyones opinion but yours. =)
