It wasn't required of Kerry or Gore when she endorsed them. Bill however, did have to make a few concessions.

I would think so. Oprah isn't bound by her race.( you can tell by her studio audience). Oprah takes a lot of heat from black people, from her refusal to allow hip-hop artist on her show to having mostly white guest to what many see as having a too white fan base.Oprah has done a lot for White people she made Dr. Phil and Rachael Ray and that decorating guy millionaires. Please don't play the race card with her. I personally love Oprah because she is beyond color. I hope she can get as much people to vote for Obama as she gets to read those books in her book reading club.

Oprah didnt get the place she is straight away being ignorant she does issues to help human beings and in case you seem in her objective audience its a huge team of White women human beings in there . Thats like sayin you're balloting for Hillary reason you're a woman. And Asians cant vote reason they dont have an Asian working and all Mexicans could vote for Richardson. She didnt recommend Al Sharpton like she is Obama

If Rudy, Romney, or McCain, weren't white, would any Republican endorse them? Don't think so. Oprah isn't a political leader, she's an entertainer. I could care less who she endorses, or why.

No. She would like his ideas, but not enough to actively endorse him. There have been many politicians like him that have preached optimism. Oprah likes that he is black as well.

If Obama wasn't Black, he wouldn't be the same person. Who knows what he would be like.

It's like saying "If Mitt Romney was Jewish would people still support him?" Who knows!
