Going towards Downtown Miami 7am-9am. Going away from Downtown Miami 4pm-6:30pm.
Miami Beach: Friday and Saturday nights 12am-3am on the main streets south of 24th street.

3PM-7PM
Between Homestead and 88th, then between 72 and Ft. Lauderdale along US1. Our highways are something like 10 times capacity.

In thanks giving NYC traffic is horrid!
Also around 7am its rush hour! I`d say if ur going to go to some extra important meeting ur already late and the C.E.O aka boss would be there and ur stuck in traffic it would just be sad.

the time when people go to work, take children to/from school and when people get out of work.That would be 7:00-8:00am., 3:00pm., 7:00pm.
