Bryer makes some beautiful horses, and our daughter started collecting these when she was about 10,
we would find these on E Bay.

Personally I'd suggest a nice hand written poem that you have framed. Include how you met, things that you've done together, how you fell in love, how much you love one and other and how your love will blossom in the future. Rather than going out and spending money that could be used for the wedding and/or honeymoon this personal gift would mean more than if you were to spend a million bucks on him. Besides he probably is looking at you as the most important gift that he has ever received in his life. Have a fantastic wedding and long and prosperous marriage. Best of luck.

Hannah Montanna or High School Musical related stuff for both.
6: dress up clothes, tea party set, Barbies, Cabbag Patch Kids, educational toys.
10: ( I have a niece who's going on 11) Bath stuff for kids, audio casette recorder where she can record her voice on it. Just make sure it's the grown-up kind so she can enjoy it into her teens, rather than the kiddie kind where they won't tire of it in a couple years. They can be found at Walmart.
Perfume and kiddie scented lotions.
Games
Anything horse related
Art supplies
Tea party set
Edit: At Walgreens (some locations) they have $10 table hockey and $10 pinball machines and $10 dart boards that's small and uses plastic tips.

The My Mommy Doll collection has many different types of dolls to choose from. I think you may find one you like, also, there are a lot of animal items out this year. Toy horses that move when you touch them, very expensive though, and then there are smaller horses that are very pretty in color that have long manes the kids love to comb.
Peace

I liked Maggie N answer...
or maybe buy for the 6 years old princess, a Barby doll set with many dresses. And for the 10 year old a nice girlish dress.

Anything HIgh School Musical for both. Also Hannah Montana for both. The 10 yr. old will probably enjoy CD's and clothes are always good. The 6 yr old would probably like the Cheetah Girls also.

Try the Thoroughbred series for the horsey girl. :) Here's a link to a description: http://www.kidsreads.com/series/series-thoroughbred.asp
I myself used to read them, and I really liked them. Also, try the Black Stallion series. Those also are great. Horse figurines, too. Or maybe one of those paint-by-number horse pictures (they have some that are more challenging if she's a budding artist; you can find them at any arts and crafts store...or at Wal-Mart).
As for the princess, maybe princess dress-up gear would be good. Some princess bedding, maybe. Maybe you could get her the book versions of some classic Disney movies like "Cinderella" and "Beauty and the Beast".

6 year old - Princess dress-up clothes
10 - A collection of cute horses.
I don't recremend kiddy stuff for the 10 year old because she's about the be a pre-teen. She can collect horses.

Kids are so easy. Just browse through any toy department and select something princessy and horsey.
