itunes keeps telling me that my iphone wont sync because its not connected or required disk can be found...i tried the two usb ports same problme...is there some software i need???

Go to preferences then over in the corner is "syncing". You'll know what to do from there, If not email me.

If it is on the same computer you always use there should be no problem but if it is not the same computor beware as it can wipe your ipod(remove data)
