i wasnt going to go to the company's xmas party but after being hounded day after day after day after day i went. i was miserable and didnt want to be there and left after about 45 minutes. anything wrong with that.

I dont think so, you didnt want to go and when you did you werent having fun so you left. you did what you wanted to do.
I wish that I could do that even once, your my hero! lol jk

I don't think that there is anything wrong with that at all. You just didn't feel like going.

I know how you feel though. I hate it when people hound me like that to go somewhere. They put all this pressure on you and then you feel like you have to go. Don't feel so bad about it.

theres nothing wrong with it at all, just when you get there dont make a big entrance and say goodbye to no one! that way your boss and co workers wont know how long you were there.

in my opinion no. i always have that happen to me... maby ur just in a bad mood. or you just don't like the ppl you work with! prolly the second option! :P

No there's not if it wasn't mandatory, which I doubted, then you had every right to do what YOU wanted to.
