Read, learn, choose. The more you are exposed to different things, the more apt you are to find things you are interested in. Be eclectic (varied). Among my hobbies are: reading classic novels, watching classic movies, and doing things which use my hands, and mind, together...photography, locksmithing, magic, jewelry making,etc. I also collect a variety of music: R&R, R&B, Opera, Folk, Country, Jazz, etc.

Helping others, visiting the elderly at the old folks home. Reading to children at the library making scrapbooks for friends and family using some of your favorite photos. Writing to a lonely soldier overseas. Get a pen pal. Make scarfs for the homeless shelter in your area and hats! Make quilts for the children's hospital in your area there are lots of things you can do that will make you happy and others as well!

I go to Hobby Faires or the Craft Shows in the mall. You get great ideas there. Sometimes I even ask "how did you get that little thing to fit" or some other way to learn to make something.

Sports! i play softball in the summer and my sister swims in the winter keeps you busy. Get a pass to the rec. center you can swim workout and watch the Hot guys play basketball!
