He walks around in female clothes... He keeps his jackets open wide with NOTHING on underneath... Clearly he is an exhibitionist in the weirdest sense...

... I think a tin-foil hat would be more his style.

In the spirit of the season, I would buy the tweed cap. However, I wouldn't let him wear it to Mom's or the silly friend's places.
