I tend to be a little bit of both. Sometimes I do what I feel like doing, no matter what anyone else says. Other times I just decide to go along with the crowd.

I think I a certainly a LEADER, I like to solve problems, I like to be intuitive, I prefer to be a trend setter rather then a follower. I can have my lazy days sometimes though, and just go along with the herd.

But how can you expect to SOAR like and EAGLE, when you sit with the vultures.

I Think that's all of us.
I'm a leader rather than a follower but I find people would
rather just "ignore" problems in society fi they don't want to deal with them-then when all is "out of whack" we ask
where did we go wrong.

Ignoring problems won't make them go away and now that
I am trying to get others to help get my story into the media
under HOW COME REV. AL SHARPTON AND THE MEDIA
HAVE NOT INVESTIGATED MACY'S. I AM BEING TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL FOR ASKING QUESTIONS
AND FOR ASKING FOR HELP.
I would stand up for anybody when the truth comes out.
We dont' want the truth anymore -we just want "FLUFF-FLUFF' ISSUES AND NO MORE UNTIL IT HAPPENS
TO A PERSON "PERSONALLY" THEN IT'S important.
How sad.
The media can tell all the stories of how young stars are going to jail, wrecking cars, getting divorces.doing drugs
but the important issues that change our society they would
RATHER TURN THEIR HEAD AND LOOK THE OTHER WAY. AGAIN-UNTIL IT HITS HOME.
I am a leader-but asking for help makes me feel out of place.
We all "follow the crowd from time to time. Don't be so hard
on yourself. Instinct will kick in and let you know when to be
a LEADER AND A FOLLOWER.
MAY YOU CONTINUE TO DO BOTH!

I'm both as well...it depends on what group I am in...and if a leader is needed or if it is something I know a lot about & can lead. I don't mind being a follower if there is a strong leader to take charge.

I think that im a bit of both. It depends on my mood. Sometimes i will keep quite and just go along with what other people say. However most of the time i make my feelings heard.

Mostly a leader, but I just started a new job in a completely new field. I have no other choice but to follow for the time being.

i tend to be a leader, but get into those positions without trying.
I think it would be easier to be a follower. But I don't always agree with the leader, so....I end up leading.

ugh. If I didn't care so much, life would be way easier!

Me too. It really depends on how well I know the group that I'm working with becuase the chemistry between a group of people really helps them interact with eachother. I tend to be a leader when people need my guidance only.

i would have to say a little bit of both. if i know what is going on and know that i can direct people in the right way then i will be the leader. if I'm unsure of what is going on i tend to fallow.
