Yes, I accidentally put my dog in the refrigerator once. It was so well insulated you couldn't hear him barking.
But, when I went for another beer, there he was. He didn't blame me a bit- he was happy to see me again and happy to get out of there!
Did someone accidentally put you in the refrigerator once?

My car keys once. I just came home from shopping and was in a big hurry to put the perishable groceries away. I put the car keys in the refrigerator with a bag of artichokes. It took me the rest of the day to find the keys. Of course, I found them in the last place I checked.
