It would be arts seeing as the defintion of 'nationality' is as follows: a relationship between a person and their state of origin, culture, association, affiliation and/or loyalty.
Nationality needs sovereignty or else it becomes cultural identity.
Hope that helps...

Nationality is a relationship between a person and their state of origin, culture, association, affiliation and/or loyalty. Nationality affords the state jurisdiction over the person, and affords the person the protection of the state.
Culture is obvious as is history *(origin, as some people say "African American" or "German American").
Sovereignty is explicit: "Nationality affords the state jurisdiction over the person, and affords the person the protection of the state."
As for arts. The Chinese have "National Arts" as do the French. That's how the Louvre started.
So I don't think any of these answers is justifiably unrelated to Nationality, although arts and culture, and culture and history are too closely interwoven to separate rationally either.

I would say: 4. Culture.
But the question in itself is silly: A Nation is the result of a political decision. That political authority exercises a sovereignty over its territory. But, within it, the people may be very different in their culture, art and history. I still have to see a nation with a democratically voted boundary.
