I'm expecting twin boys within a month and I need to know what type of double stroller to get. I will need to attach 2 car seats so I'm guessing a tandem stroller would be the best. Graco has several types of Duo Gliders but...I dont know which one is the best. The website has mixed reviews. Any moms have any opinions or know where I can go to get the best updated consumer review.

Thanks

This is THE best stroller, single or double. I have gotten MANY moms to switch, or just start off with it. ALL of them (both friends and women on YAHOO) insist its the best one they have ever owned.

It accepts any major brand car seat, the actual stroller seats can take babies from 5 pounds up, they have proper head supports and a 5 point harness. The seats also can face either direction, so your twins can see eachother, something thats very important for them, or they can see you, which keeps them calm. And you can switch them without removing the baby, which is awesome.

My good friend has the double and she swears by it, I have the single, as do many of my other friends, and all of us couldnt be PAID to use a graco or any other brand or style stroller.

All 'Duo Gliders' are the same, just different patterns. However the Quattro Tour Duo by Graco is much easier to use. It has a 20% smaller fold than the Duo Glider, and is also more compact, pushes easier and has more space and options for both kids. Two Graco Snugrides or Safeseats will snap in easily as well.
It is heavier than the Duo Glider, but that is because it is made with heavy-duty aluminum vs the standard light frame.
I suggest that before buying your tandem stroller you swing by your local Babies R Us so that you can see how or if it will fit in the trunk of your car.
Oh and if you or hubby is tall (5'8" or taller) the Quattro Duo is the only one that you wont hit your feet on while walking.
Congrats on the babies!
PS I know Babies R Us stores (not online) offer a twins/multiples discount on big items purchased together (carseats, cribs, mattresses, swings, strollers).

I have 6 month old twins and I have the Graco DuoGlider Travel System (it came with one carseat already for the price, so you only have to buy one more). I use it everyday when I pick up my 2 1/2 year old at preschool and I love it. It's light, and easy to get in and out of my minivan. And it's easy to assemble and fold. I have no trouble pushing it either. I've also used it with just one baby and my toddler and it works great like that too.
