One does not justify procrastination. If one is unsure of a result from a particular action, he may procrastinate; If it is a task which you really doesn't like, he may procrastinate;if it is a job which will require much effort and time, he may procrastinate; if a job to be done is menial by nature, he will procrastinate.

Well, to know what is procrastination, you must know what isn't. In other words someone who doesn't procrastinate takes care of things promptly. Procrastinators put things off until there is little time left. I prefer to get things done in a timely fashion so I'm able to go over my work for errors. Procrastinators have a hard time doing that. It's very hard for me to justify that other than a last minute rush of adrenaline.

i know that there is no good reason for it, but sometimes I "justify" it by saying to myself that there is still time.

Some justify it by saying that they work best under pressure.

I do know that the more time I have, the slower I will go. Sometimes for the better. The quality of work will probably be better.
