I was just wondering if I went into to say 20$ negitive and then put money on my paypal in about a week or so do I get charged extra for being negitive or will it be fine sense I pay a few days later?

From my experience the credit is withdrawn from the bank account you have linked to the Paypal account, so if you limit your spendinhg to what you have in your bank no,but if you "borrow" money and go beyond your limit then they should reject the transaction.

I don't think it lets you go below zero balance. I think it rejects the transaction.
