Kay I just watched a documentary about a whole bunch of issues we have today. It had a lot to do with 9/11 and how the government created a war that will never be won. The 9/11 "incident" was planned and all those Americans were killed deliberately. They also had how it's connected to the future, and it seems that Bush signed a bill without the consent of the House or the Senate that will erase all borders with Mexico and Canada. A whole country will be created with its own currency. Eventually all the borders will be erased and it will be one world. They are also planning on installing chips into our brains. What happens when people get "out of control" .. the chip goes off. This is so scary .. and it seems that only 1 news station reported it, which CNN. Wow, it's scary how no one knows about this even though the bill was signed almost 3 years ago. If you know anything more please share .. I really want to know more about this.

If there were such a bill, the President cannot enact it. ALL legislation must originate in the House or the Senate. That is a fact. If any authorization like this was signed, it would have to have been in the form of a treaty, and had the President signed such a treaty, the Congress would be having a litter of kittens on the White House steps right now. As far as the accuracy of CNN and it's 'news', it speaks for itself. There ARE proposals in existence for the type of thing you suspect, but none have yet been passed. I don't know where you get the idea that implanting chips in your brain could possibly be done without your cooperation. Just settle down and get out of your conspiracy theory band wagon, long enough to accept the fact that CNN presents lies as news on a daily basis and can get away with it when people actually believe them.
