If the bra is on his head, well, boys will be boys. :-)
If he's wearing them, or just checking them out, there is a certain degree of healthy to curiosity and even mild fetish. A girl's undies are a big mystery to us for years.
Even those that wear them claim that it "allows them to get closer to women (I don't see how this can be, but it's what has been said.)
If it makes you feel uncomfortable or you think it's more than curiosity or fetish, no one can advise on what to do, you need to go on your gut instinct.
