Who, if either, would be most likely to cheat first?

W would get hurt, and cry for daddy to fix it...then James Baker, Henry Kissinger and Co. would try and convince Putin to quit and name W the winner. Putin is Black belt in Judo and works out in the Dojo often, W falls off his bike, segway, desk, or what ever, and jerks off in the oval office all day. spoiled rich kid v.s. KGB Col. Putin is stronger, and smarter, and tougher.

Putin is former KGB. Bush is the spoiled son of a wealthy American. I can't say for a fact who would win, but if I were betting on this fight, I'd go with Putin.

In a fair fight, the younger and more-athletic Putin would clean Bush's clock. But in the end, it'd make no difference, because NEITHER of those two clowns give a flying rat's patoot for individual liberties of their respective peoples.

Putin would kick Bush's *ss! Putin although diminutive in stature is a champion Judo sporty guy. I would love to kick Putin's butt!!!

W would win. He works out every day, he's in good shape. Putin would be the first to cheat, but he would still lose.

Putin (regretably) would win. As a nationalist, his people would be too afraid NOT to cheer him on. It's hard to lose when everyone cheers you on. He would also probably be the first to use an illegal move.
