Or send them to North Korea, in North Korea the government tells you in which county you get to live for the rest of your life and you need a "passport" to travel from county to county and the government gives you a ration of food every week and you have to make with it.

Also, there is no electricity in North Korea outside the city and electricity is only for the elite during day time. At night nobody has electricity.

Its not money... the South American (and Mexican) gamers in Mexico many times make ALOT greater beneficial than American gamers in Europe or the MLS.
